He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord and He will reward him for what he has done Psalms 19:17 (N.I.V)
  1. Currently we use a dip-well (45ft) which keeps drying up during dry season
  2. We require a minimum 2000 litres of water per day for domestic purpose at the center.

The Rotary Club International, Muranga Branch, of which Mrs. Kamotho (Founder of Upendo) is a member, together with the local community constructed a reserviour tank of 60000 litres capacity

Once a borehole is sunk or when it rains, this tank will be very useful. In the meantime, if we can afford a water pump we could pump the little we get from the deep well.

Construction and equipment of an additional dormitory to accommodate at least 20 more children
At least 6 classrooms out of 8 required for full primary school for the centre and the local community
